We may have to share some of your personal details with the Therapeutic Goods Administration, Healthcare Complaints Commission, Australian Dental Council, or our suppliers during the investigation of a fault, damage or case question relating to our custom-made class 1, IIa, & IIb medical devices.
All phone calls made in and out of our lines are recorded and will be retained on your account for future reference.
If we cannot collect important initial or additional information about you, we won't be able to support you as a customer and will cease trading with you.
